This register tracks #2704 page-by-page. Current implementation sources are version.json, .basecoat.yml.example, sync.ps1, sync.sh, scripts\, and .github\workflows\. Historical audit, research, and sprint records remain point-in-time artifacts and are not rewritten as current guidance.
